100 Days of Christmas ~ Day 9 ~ Christmas Traditions

I love the ideas of Christmas traditions. Today I found 2 that I would love to start! And 1 that I can't wait to do as a family.

The first tradition that the kids and I are going to do is create bags to give to the Homeless.
We live in a very cold environment and I want them to have some comfort. My goal is to create 20 of these and I am going to try and do it for $10.00 a bag. I am also going to ask my friends and family for donations. I am so excited to do this!

I love this idea! Instead of little gifts in the advent calendar, it is activities! Thanks to All Things Simple for sharing this awesome idea!

I found this awesome idea!! A bucket full of Christmas goodies filled with small gifts or things for the kids to do. I am doing this for my kids this year. Even if they are big! Thanks to Workman Family.

100 Days of Christmas

Our Week Was Full of Excitement!

Holy Doodle last week was a busy exciting one for our little busy family!

Both Mark and Keenan celebrated birthdays. Can't believe my son is already 15! Where did that cute little toothless grin bubby go?

The girls left for a 3 week vacation to England with their side of the family. I can't believe my girls are off on this big adventure. I have talked to them quite a few times on Facebook and got to FaceTime them once. Thank goodness for modern technology!

The biggest thing for me is after 3 years of being self-employed I went back to work full time. This has been a huge adjustment but I am loving my job so much so far! Going to be very challenging and anyone that knows me knows I love a good challenge. I also get to finish any contracts that I had made with my own company, so really a total win win!!
